We all aren’t cut out to be the sparkling salesman overflowing with wit and charm. But that doesn’t mean we cannot turn a profit by helping others who are more qualified. We would never think of going out and selling books to people, but it’s easy enough to include links to relevant books available for sale at Amazon.com and make some money for doing so.
Whatever your subject matter is there are probably dozens of related items and services you could promote through companies like Amazon and others. We suggest you register with each of the major players and then search through their long lists of affiliates for your subject matter.
The key is to tightly integrate these links into your content. Remember principle number two: “A well-place link will be clicked.” If you carefully lead your visitors to the items and services, they will be more likely to make a purchase.
